About Me
Hello! My name is Lisa Yamanaka and I'd love to help you with your quilt! One of the things I love most about this work (besides getting a little "me time" in my Fortress of Sewlitude) is seeing the work other people create. As quilters we understand the amount of time, energy and care that goes into each and every fabric cut, every seam pressed and every stitch sewn to create something that’s so much more than “just a blanket”. This understanding leads me to feel so appreciative and honored to work on every project that I work on, so you can rest assured that every quilt that passes through my hands will receive the highest quality care and attention your labor of love deserves.
I’m currently working out of my basement studio in Kansas City, Missouri. I use a Janome Quilt Maker Pro 18 with Prostitcher to create beautiful, professional quality stitches for your quilt. Thank you so much for your consideration!
